SGI Group operations are built around a number of core business units:

• “Refractories” Division takes raw materials and processes them into refractory products for installation in industrial furnaces worldwide. The Division provides a comprehensive range of refractory services: installation, repair, maintenance, precast and full line service.
• “Real Estate” Division develops construction projects for middle range to high quality residential buildings. Each project is designed to the highest possible criteria in terms of location, build quality and investment cost control.
• Our FJC-METUBEL subsidiary has established itself as a major player in the provision of consumer connection services for gas, electricity and cable television in the Walloon region.
• The Group is also a major shareholder in the professional football club RAEC Mons, currently in the firts division of the Belgian national league. Founded in 1910, the hundred-year old club enjoys several successful seasons in the Belgian Premier Division, the Jupiler Pro League.
